Take off poliklinovy a belt.

Establish a belt pulley of the crankshaft (for a gear belt), holding a pulley a countersupport (fig. 2.110).

Turn off the central bolt of 1 belt pulley of the crankshaft (for a gear belt) and remove a pulley 2 and a diamond washer of 3 (fig. 2.111).

For input of a stripper of manzhetny consolidations twist the central bolt in the crankshaft against the stop manually (fig. 2.112).

Unscrew an internal part of a stripper of epiploons on nine turns (about 20 mm) from an external part and record the screw with a nakatny head.

Grease a carving head of a stripper of manzhetny consolidations with engine oil, establish and, having strongly pressed, twist it as it is possible more deeply in manzhetny consolidation (fig. 2.113).

Weaken a bolt with a nakatka and to turn an internal part of a stripper against the crankshaft until the epiploon is extended.

Clamp a stripper of manzhetny consolidations on flat edges in a vice. Remove manzhetny consolidation with a grip.

Clear working and sealing surfaces.

Remove the oil remains on a conrod neck of a bent shaft by means of pure rags.

Get the directing plug of adjusting adaptation on a neck of the crankshaft (fig. 2.114).

Establish a sealing ring via the directing plug on a neck of a bent shaft.

Press an epiploon by means of the central bolt of fastening of a pulley and the press plug of adjusting adaptation aflush (fig. 2.115).

Replace the central bolt for a belt pulley (for a gear belt).

NOTE On adjacent surfaces between a driving asterisk of a gear belt and the crankshaft there should not be an oil. In addition do not grease a crankshaft gear wheel bolt.

Establish a crankshaft 2 pulley (for a gear belt) with a new diamond washer 3 and a new central bolt of 1 (fig. 2.111).

Record a pulley a countersupport and fix (fig. 2.110).

Establish poliklinovy a belt.

Establish a radiator frame with hinged components.

Lower a support emphasis against a provorachivaniye at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts (fig. 2.96).

Establish a casing of a front bumper.

Check adjustment of headlights.

Emphasis of the shaking support: 28 N · m.
