NOTE
When performing adjusting works replace самоконтрящиеся the nuts, bolts tightened on a certain corner, and also sealing rings and laying.
At installation of a new head of the block of cylinders with the established cam-shafts adjacent surfaces between roller levers and a bed of cams need to be oiled engine.
The plastic linings which are included in a repair kit for protection of open valves are allowed to be deleted just before the GBTs installation.
When replacing GBTs or laying of a head of the block it is necessary to merge old and to fill in new cooling liquid.

Check curvature of the plane of a prileganiye of a head of the block of cylinders by means of a lekalny ruler and probes in several places.
The most admissible curvature of the plane of a prileganiye: 0,05 mm

Allowance for processing of GBTs

Processing of GBTs (flat grinding) is allowed only to the minimum size a (fig. 2.139).
The minimum size a – 139,20 mm.
