2.3.17. Removal of a head of the block of cylinders

NOTE
After installation it is necessary to install all fasteners of cables removed or which are cut off at dismantle again.

Replace the polluted engine oil.
When using sealant you monitor characteristics and an expiration date.

Remove a casing of the engine (fig. 2.54).
Open a cover of a broad tank of the cooling system.

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from the noise-insulating screen (fig. 2.44).

Weaken quick disconnect couplings 1 and 2 and remove a forward noise isolation (fig. 2.45).
Merge cooling liquid.
Take off a gear belt.

Weaken a bolt of fastening of an asterisk of the camshaft (use a counterkey) (fig. 2.146).

Remove a belt pulley of a cam-shaft a two-gripping stripper (fig. 2.147).

Turn off a back cover of a gear belt from GBTs (fig. 2.148).
Disconnect a wire of weight 1.

Disconnect the vacuum tube going to the amplifier of brakes from a motor board 2 (fig. 2.68).
Disconnect a hose of an absorber 3.

Disconnect water hoses 1 and 2 and turn off fastening of a broad tank of the cooling system (fig. 2.69).
Disconnect the shtekerny socket going to the sensor of a signaling device of the OZh low level below on a broad tank of the cooling system.

Disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of pressure of pressurization of 1 (fig. 2.70).
Disconnect the left hose for nadduvochny air 2.

Disconnect вохдуховод 1 to a turbocharger on the right below (fig. 2.51).
Disconnect an air duct 2 to the intercooler from a radiator frame.

Disconnect electric sockets 1 and 2 and release a cable (fig. 2.80).

Turn off the giving oil highway of a turbocharger from the engine 1 (fig. 2.149).
Turn off a bolt 2 support of a turbocharger.
Disconnect the giving oil highway of a turbocharger.

Remove the return oil pipeline from a turbocharger (fig. 2.150).

Weaken a bolt of 1 support of a turbocharger on 2 turns (fig. 2.151).
Remove an inlet pipe.
Remove the catalyst.
Uncover GBTs.

Weaken bolts of fastening of GBTs, maintaining the sequence shown in the figure 2.152.

NOTE
Check whether all hoses and wires between the engine, a body and the transmission are disconnected.

Remove a head of the block of cylinders.
