Removal

Remove a casing of the engine (fig. 2.54).

ATTENTION
When opening the broad tank can come out hot steam or hot cooling liquid. Wrap up a cover rags and carefully open a tank.

Open a cover of a broad tank of the cooling system.

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from the noise-insulating screen (fig. 2.44).

Weaken quick disconnect couplings 1 and 2 and remove a forward noise isolation (fig. 2.45).
Merge cooling liquid.
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.

Disconnect a tube of cooling liquid (fig. 2.102).

NOTE
Before removal of a poliklinovy belt mark the direction of the course with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Change of the direction of the course of earlier operated belt can lead to its damage.

Mark the direction of the course of a poliklinovy belt.

For weakening of a poliklinovy belt turn a tension damper on an arrow (fig. 2.64).
Record a tension element with the help by a clamp.
Take off a poliklinovy belt.

Put a cam-shaft gear wheel, having scrolled the crankshaft, on mark VMT. The mark in a gear wheel of a cam-shaft has to coincide with an arrow on the protection cover of a gear belt (fig. 2.103).

Remove a damper of fluctuations / a belt pulley (fig. 2.98).

Turn off bolts of the lower part of the protection cover of a gear belt (fig. 2.104).

Unscrew the remained screws of fastening of the protection cover of a gear belt and remove the protection cover of a gear belt from the engine (fig. 2.105).
Mark the direction of the movement of a gear belt.
Turn off a tension roller and take off a gear belt.
Then slightly turn the crankshaft back.

Installation
The engine has to be warm to the touch.

NOTE
When scrolling a cam-shaft any of pistons should not be in VMT. At the same time there is a danger of damage of the valves / bottom of the piston.

Impose a gear belt on a crankshaft gear wheel (observe the direction of the course).
Fix the lower part of the protection cover of a gear belt by two lower screws.
Establish a damper of fluctuations / a belt pulley, having fastened them new screws.
Turn the crankshaft and a cam-shaft in the provision of VMT of the first cylinder (fig. 2.103).

Lay a gear belt in the sequence: a tension roller, a cam-shaft pulley, a pulley of the water pump and, in the last turn, an intermediate roller (fig. 2.106).

NOTE
Be convinced of correctness of installation of a tension roller in GBTs.

Pull a gear belt. For this purpose scroll a face six-sided key the clown to the right (on an arrow) until the cut is established over a toe (fig. 2.107).
Again weaken a gear belt.
Now pull a gear belt, so far the cut and a toe will not be the friend opposite to the friend.
Tighten a fixing nut of a tension roller.
Make 2 turns of a bent shaft in the direction of rotation of a shaft of the engine and again install the first cylinder in the provision of the top dead point. At the same time it is important that the last 45 ° (1/8 turns) were scrolled without stopping.
Repeatedly check a tension of a gear belt. Nominal situation: the toe and a cut are the friend opposite to the friend.
Double-check gas distribution phases.
If marks do not coincide, repeat adjustment of phases of gas distribution.
If marks coincide, install the protection cover of a gear belt (fig. 2.105).
Establish a belt pulley of the crankshaft.
Establish a poliklinovy belt.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Establish a radiator frame with hinged components.

Lower a support emphasis against a provorachivaniye at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts (fig. 2.96).
Establish a casing of a front bumper.
Check adjustment of headlights.
Install the sound-absorbing pallet.
Establish a cover of a motor compartment.

Inhaling moments
* Replace a bolt.
** 90 ° there correspond quarters of a turn.
*** Establish on a carving varnish.
