NOTE
For performance of adjusting works it is necessary to fix the engine by a katovatel at the adjusting stand.

Removal and installation of a gear wheel of the sensor

Replace a sensor 2 gear wheel after each untwisting of bolts of 1 (fig. 2.127).

NOTE
After the second inhaling of a point of fastening of screws with a secret head in a gear wheel of the sensor it is deformed so strongly that heads of screws lie on cranked to a shaft 3 and cease to press a sensor gear wheel.

Installation of a gear wheel of the sensor is possible only in one situation, openings have to be displaced.
Inhaling moment:
– an engine speed sensor gear wheel to the crankshaft * – 10 N · m +90 ° **
* Replace a bolt.
** 90 ° there correspond quarters of a turn.

At the plant in the block of cylinders inserts of bearings of the correct thickness are established. For designation of thickness of inserts of bearings color marks serve.

NOTE
The arrow specifies the direction of the movement.

What bearing should be used in a certain place, it is specified on the lower landing surface of the block of cylinders by alphabetic marking.


NOTE
The inserts of radical bearings established in covers of bearings are delivered as the spare part only with "yellow" color marking.
