2.3.15. Removal and installation of the valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution

NOTE
Consolidations and manzhetny consolidations need to be replaced.

Removal

Remove a casing of the engine (fig. 2.54).
Disconnect the electric socket 1.

Turn off the holder of a plait of wires (fig. 2.140).

NOTE
It is forbidden to take the valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution for the plug.

Turn off bolts and take the valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution from the case (fig. 2.141).

Installation
The new valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution should be got from packing just before installation.

NOTE
On the valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution and in the case there should not be pollution.

ATTENTION
Protect the valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution from physical impact (blows and pushes).

Moisten a sealing ring with engine oil.
Accurately insert the valve of 1 system of change of phases of gas distribution into the case and to press it by hand against the stop, horizontally concerning a valve axis.
Twist bolts and tighten them a dynamometer key and a graggers 1/4’’ with TORX T20 head, and also Bithalter from a set of heads of TORX.
Further installation and assembly is carried out in the return to sequence removal.

Inhaling moment
Valve of 1 adjustment of phases of gas distribution: 4 N · m.
