Remove a casing of the engine (fig. 2.54).

ATTENTION
When opening the broad tank can come out hot steam or hot cooling liquid. Wrap up a cover rags and carefully open a tank.

Open a cover of a broad tank of the cooling system.

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from the noise-insulating screen (fig. 2.44).

Weaken quick disconnect couplings 1 and 2 and remove a forward noise isolation (fig. 2.45).
Merge cooling liquid.
Take off a gear belt.

Weaken a cam-shaft gear wheel (use a countersupport) (fig. 2.164).

Remove a cam-shaft gear wheel by means of a stripper and captures (fig. 2.147).

For installation of a stripper of epiploons twist the special tool of a stripper of epiploons in a cam-shaft against the stop by hand (fig. 2.178).
Unscrew an internal part of a stripper of manzhetny consolidation on two turns (a comment of 3 mm) from an external part and record the screw with a knurled head.

Grease a carving head of a stripper of manzhetny consolidations with engine oil, establish and, having strongly pressed, twist it as it is possible more deeply in manzhetny consolidation (fig. 2.179).
Weaken the screw with a nakatny head and to turn an internal part against a cam-shaft until manzhetny consolidation is removed.
Clamp a stripper of manzhetny consolidations on flat edges in a vice. Remove manzhetny consolidation with a grip.

Installation
Do not grease a working edge of an epiploon.

Put on the directing plug of the adjusting device a neck of the camshaft (fig. 2.180).
Put on an epiploon via the directing plug a cam-shaft neck.
Remove the directing plug.

Press an epiploon by means of the directing plug and a bolt of the adjusting device against the stop (fig. 2.181).
Establish a cam-shaft gear wheel.

The edge of a gear wheel of a cam-shaft has to be directed outside and the tag of BMT 1 is seen (fig. 2.182).
Tighten a bolt of fastening of a gear wheel of a cam-shaft (use a counterkey) (fig. 2.164).

NOTE
When scrolling a cam-shaft valves can collide the pistons which are in the top dead point. Therefore pistons should not be in VMT. There is a danger of damage of valves/piston.

Establish a gear belt.
Establish a radiator frame with hinged components.

Lower a support emphasis against a provorachivaniye at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts (fig. 2.96).
Establish a casing of a front bumper.
Check adjustment of headlights.
Inhaling moment:
– an asterisk to a cam-shaft – 50 N · m +180 °;
– an emphasis of the shaking support – 28 N · m
