2.6.7. Removal and installation of an inlet collector with a fuel stage

NOTE
To get access to nozzles, it is necessary to remove an inlet collector and a fuel stage together with the gate of movement of a portion of fuel for management of air. (Depending on option the different number of working operations can be required).
Surely replace consolidation of the combustion chamber (teflon) and a sealing ring.

Removal
Remove a protective cover of the engine.
Turn off all necessary electric shtekerny connections.
Remove the vacuum hose passing between an inlet collector and the vacuum pump from an inlet collector.

NOTE
This vacuum hose and the vacuum pump (it is located behind on a head of the block of cylinders) are installed only in cars with the automatic transmission.

Fig. 2.73. Connecting union of a fuel-supply line

Disconnect a fuel-supply line (the following fuel collect and immediately close all open openings) (fig. 2.73).

Fig. 2.231. Hose connections

Disconnect hose connections from a cover of the valve (fig. 2.231).
Unscrew both screws 1 and 2 of a pipe of cooling liquid (fig. 2.231).

Fig. 2.232. Screws of fastening of an oil pipeline and pipe of cooling liquid

Unscrew screws from an oil pipeline 1 and from a pipe of cooling liquid 2 (fig. 2.232).
Turn off both fuel-supply lines on the pump of high pressure.
Open clips of a hose and remove the soaking-up hose from the control unit of a butterfly valve and from an inlet collector.

Fig. 2.233. Electric shtekerny connection of the sensor of pressure of fuel

Disconnect electric shtekerny connection 1 from the sensor of pressure of fuel (fig. 2.233).
Remove the probe for determination of level of oil and unscrew the screw of the 2nd guide of the probe of level of oil (fig. 2.233).

Fig. 2.234. Oil pipeline screw

Unscrew the screw of 1 oil pipeline (fig. 2.234).
Unscrew a fixing nut of a branch pipe of an inlet collector (if necessary also remove the control unit of a butterfly valve).

Fig. 2.235. Screw of the holder of an inlet collector and guide of the probe of level of oil

Separate a guide of the probe of level of oil 2 in the place of separation and turn off the screw of 1 holder of an inlet collector (fig. 2.235).
Unscrew all screws of an inlet collector.
Carefully remove an inlet collector together with a fuel stage from a head of the block of cylinders.

NOTE
Nozzles can remain in a fuel stage.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.
