2.6.12. Removal and installation of the pump of high pressure

NOTE Installation and removal of the fuel pump of high pressure it is carried out only on the cold engine. At installation of the fuel pump of high pressure it is necessary to pay attention to that dirt did not get to fuel system. Collect the following fuel by a rag. Always you make replacement of a sealing ring. Always fix fuel-supply lines of high pressure so that in them there was no internal mechanical tension.

Disconnect electric shtekerny connections from the fuel pressure sensor, low pressure and from the adjusting valve of pressure of fuel 1 and 2.

Turn off both fuel-supply lines.

Unscrew 3 screws.

Carefully take the fuel pump of high pressure. The plug sometimes remains in a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.244).

Replace a sealing ring of the pump of high pressure.

Carefully insert the pump of high pressure together with the plug into an opening on a head of the block of cylinders.

Tighten bolts cross-wise with the moment of 10 N · m.

Before installation of fuel-supply lines it is necessary to check the moment of an inhaling of connecting branch pipes of the pump of high pressure.

Moment of an inhaling of connecting branch pipes of the return fuel highway: 40 N · m

The moment of an inhaling of connecting branch pipes of the giving fuel highway: 30 N · m

NOTE Replace the screw on the return fuel highway.

Tighten by hand the screw on the return fuel highway. Level without distortions and a tension.

Tighten a hand a cap nut of the giving fuel-supply line.

Moment of an inhaling of the return fuel highway: 25 N · m.

The moment of an inhaling of the giving fuel highway: 30 N · m.

Connect electric shtekerny connections to the fuel pressure sensor, low pressure and to the valve of adjustment of pressure of fuel.

NOTE Check fuel system for tightness.
