8.3.8. Removal of the intact back glass

NOTE At glass removal surely use goggles and leather gloves.

Remove the back shelf.

Remove or turn off connections for heating of back glass and the antenna on glass.

Press connections to glass in the direction to the center of the car.

Pierce glue-sealant a pricker in the lower radius of glass so that the ear of a pricker was visible outside.

Pass a string and involve in salon.

Fill a string in the coil and fix (fig. 8.112).

Lay the cutting thread around back glass, as shown in the drawing.

On the top edge of glass and on each side thread for cutting should be pressed under a slip.

Lay the end of a string around the persistent buffer (shooter) and and tighten fixing bolts of the hinge of a trunk lid (fig. 8.113).

Cut through the first site.

Rearrange the coil according to the figure 8.114 and establish by-pass a roller in the lower radius of glass.

Cut out glass until the string does not leave a by-pass roller.

Remove by-pass a video and continue cutting.

Rearrange the coil according to the figure 8.115 and establish by-pass a roller in the lower radius of glass.

Cut out glass until the string does not leave a by-pass roller.

Insert a protective film 1474/12 between an upholstery of a ceiling and glass.

Remove by-pass a video and continue cutting (fig. 8.116).

The same operations repeat in the right top and lower radius of glass.

Cut out glass entirely according to the provided description.

Take out glass by means of double vacuum captures.
