Remove
Put the device for pumping of oil under the engine and merge engine oil.

NOTE
At installation install all fasteners of cables removed or which are cut off during dismantling on former places again.

Remove the engine.
Disconnect the engine from the transmission.
Leave the engine on a lifting table or fix it at the adjusting stand.
Remove a two-mass flywheel and/or the conducted disk.
Disconnect electric shtekerny connection 1 from the module of management of a butterfly valve.

Disconnect the hose 3 systems of ventilation of a case which is on an inlet collector (fig. 2.404).

NOTE
Poses. 2 do not take into account.

Remove shtekerny sockets 1, 2, 5 and 6 in the direction from arms of an inlet collector forward.

Separate electric shtekerny connections 3 and 4 (fig. 2.405).

Disconnect a vacuum hose from a tee (fig. 2.406).
Disconnect shtekerny blocks 1 and 5 from nozzles.
On cars with the return fuel highway remove the vacuum highway 4 from the fuel pressure regulator.

Turn out fixing bolts of 2 and 3 fuel stages (fig. 2.407).
Remove a fuel stage together with nozzles from an inlet collector gradually in the direction up.

NOTE
Reliably protect the removed nozzles from pollution.

Turn off a back left earring of the engine (fig. 2.408).

Turn off an inlet collector and remove its (fig. 2.409).

NOTE
Close the GBTs inlet channels pure rags.

Turn off a cover of the case of an oil filter (fig. 2.410).
Take a replaceable element of an oil filter.
Pump out engine oil by means of the device for pumping of oil from the case of an oil filter.

NOTE
Put rags on the case of an oil filter to absorb the leaking engine oil.

Unscrew bolts.

Remove the case of an oil filter (fig. 2.411).
Unscrew bolts 1 and 2.
Put the device for pumping of oil under.

Remove the return highway from the pump of the power steering (fig. 2.412).

Turn off the directing tube of the masloizmeritelny probe from a head of the block of cylinders and take it (fig. 2.413) up.
Unscrew bolts 1 and 2.

Turn off hose collars and disconnect the left pipe of cooling liquid from hoses (fig. 2.414).
Unscrew bolts 1 and 2.

Turn off hose collars and disconnect the right pipe of cooling liquid from hoses (fig. 2.415).

Disconnect the shtekerny socket 2 sensors of temperature of cooling liquid (fig. 2.416).
Turn off a nut 1 and remove an electrical wiring plait from a back pipe of cooling liquid.
Unscrew bolts 2–5.

Pick up the back phone of the cooling system (fig. 2.417).

Turn out fixing bolts of 1-4 combined valves of supply of secondary air (fig. 2.418).

Unscrew bolts of a cover of the left GBTs in the sequence of 15-1 (fig. 2.424).
Uncover GBTs.
Unscrew bolts 5 and 6 on the right GBTs.
Disunite sockets 1-4 (fig. 2.423).
Take ignition coils.
Remove a hose of ventilation of a case of the engine.

Unscrew bolts of a cover of the right GBTs in the sequence of 15-1 (fig. 2.425).
Uncover GBTs.

Disconnect sockets of sensors of Hall on both sides of GBTs (fig. 2.426).

Turn off weight cables from the right GBTs (fig. 2.427).
Put a plait of wires aside.

Unscrew bolts 1–6 and remove the left cover of a driving chain (fig. 2.428).

Unscrew bolts 1–6 and remove the right cover of a driving chain (fig. 2.429).

Unscrew bolts 1–13 and remove the lower cover of a driving chain (fig. 2.430).
Vypressuyte a sealing ring of a bent shaft behind from a cover.

Installation
Remove the sealant remains on covers of driving chains and the block of cylinders (a head of the block of cylinders), for example, with the rotating brush nozzle with a plastic bristle.

NOTE
Replace laying, sealing rings and sealing rings of round section.
At the return installation establish all cable couplers where they were established initially.

Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and lubricant.
Cut off a tube nose on a forward mark (diameter of an opening about 1 mm).

NOTE
Covers of driving chains have to be установленыв a current of 5 min. after putting sealant.

Apply sealant 1-6 rollers on a pure landing surface of the lower cover of a driving chain, as shown in the figure 2.431.
Sealant roller thickness: 1,5–2,0 mm.
Check whether there are 2 directing plugs in the block of cylinders, if necessary insert them.
Establish the lower cover of a chain of the drive and tighten bolts as it is provided below (fig. 2.430):
1 – tighten bolts 11, 12, 13 with the moment of 10 N · m;
2 – tighten bolts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 with the moment of 10 N · m;
3 – tighten bolts 4, 8, 9, 10 with the moment of 22 N · m;
4 – tighten bolts 2 pumps of the power steering with the moment of 22 N · m

Remove an uplotntelny flange of the regulator of phases of gas distribution from the left and right covers of a driving chain (fig. 2.432).

Apply sealant on pure landing surfaces of the left casing of a chain of the drive of a cam-shaft, as shown in the figure 2.433.
The groove in the lower landing surface 1 has to be completely filled with sealant. The roller of sealant has to act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.
Sealant roller thickness on a forward landing surface 2 has to make 1,5–2,0 mm.
Tighten bolts of new laying 3 on the left cover of a driving chain.
Establish the left cover of a chain of the drive and tighten bolts as it is provided below (fig. 2.428):
1 – tighten bolts 1–4 moment of 5 N · m;
2 – tighten bolts the 6th moment of 10 N · m;
3 – tighten bolts the 5th moment of 10 N · m;
4 – tighten bolts 1–4 moment of 10 N · m

Apply sealant on pure landing surfaces of the right casing of a chain of the drive of a cam-shaft, as shown in the figure 2.434.
The groove in the lower landing surface 1 has to be completely filled with sealant. The roller of sealant has to act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.
Sealant roller thickness on a forward landing surface 2 has to make 1,5–2,0 mm.
Tighten bolts of new laying 3 on the right cover of a driving chain.
Establish the right cover of a chain of the drive and tighten bolts as it is provided below (fig. 2.429):
1 – tighten bolts 2, 3, 5, 6 with the moment of 5 N · m;
2 – tighten bolts 1 moment of 10 N · m;
3 – tighten bolts the 4th moment of 10 N · m;
4 – tighten bolts 2, 3, 5, 6 with the moment of 10 N · m
Remove an uplotntelny flange of the regulator of phases of gas distribution with new cuffs from the left and right covers of a driving chain (fig. 2.432).
Further installation is carried out in the return sequence.
Establish a crankshaft epiploon from a driving chain.
Establish GBTs cover: at the left. on the right.
Establish final collectors: left. right.
Install the combined valve of supply of secondary air: at the left. on the right.
Establish a back branch pipe of cooling liquid.
Establish the right and left hoses of the cooling system.
Install the case of an oil filter.
Establish an inlet collector.
Establish a two-mass flywheel and/or the conducted disk.
Install the engine.
Fill in engine oil and check its level.
