Removal
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.

NOTE
Before removal of a poliklinovy belt mark the direction of the course with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Change of the direction of the course of earlier operated belt can lead to its damage.

Turn off the tension screw and take off poliklinovy a belt.

Installation

Lay poliklinovy a belt in the specified sequence on belt pulleys (fig. 2.394).

NOTE
At installation of a poliklinovy belt you monitor the correct provision on pulleys.

Establish a dynamometer key on a hexagon of a tension roller and previously pull poliklinovy a belt the moment of 70 N · m (fig. 2.395).
At the same time twirl the tension screw with the moment of 22 N · m.
Further installation is carried out in the return sequence, at the same time it is necessary observe the following:
– establish a radiator frame by means of Ustanovkany details.
– start the engine and check the belt course.
– lower an emphasis against a provorachivaniye at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and fasten bolts.
– establish a casing of a front bumper.
– check adjustment of headlights.

Inhaling moment
Emphasis of a support of jet thirst for a radiator frame: 28 N · m.
