NOTE Before removal of a chain of the drive of the camshaft designate paint the direction of its rotation. Change of the direction of the course of earlier operated chain can lead to its damage.

Remove chains of the drive of camshafts.

Remove a chain of auxiliary drives.

Remove a level of an uspokoitel 1 from the left GBTs.

Turn off a natyazhitel of a chain of 2 (fig. 2.449)

Remove a level of an uspokoitel 1 from the right GBTs.

Turn off a natyazhitel of a chain of 2 (fig. 2.450).

Press a level of an uspokoitel of a natyazhitel of a chain of the drive in the direction of an arrow and by means of a drill with a diameter of 3,3 mm of poses. To 4 zastoporta natyazhitel of a chain (fig. 2.451).

Mark with paint the direction of the course of a driving chain of the mechanism of management.

Unscrew bolts 2 and 3 and remove asterisks with a chain and a level of an uspokoitel 1.

Establish in the return sequence, at the same time it is necessary consider the following

NOTE Replace bolts which dragged on with dovoroty.

Establish a chain of auxiliary drives.

Establish chains of the drive of camshafts.

Asterisk of the left chain drive to кронштейну*: 5 N · m + 90 ° **.

Asterisk of the right chain drive to the block of cylinders: 42 N · m.

Natyazhitel of the left chain of the drive of cam-shafts to GBTs: 5 N · m + 90 ° **

Natyazhitel of the right chain of the drive of cam-shafts to GBTs: 5 N · m + 90 ° **.
