2.8.7. Removal and installation of the conducted disk (cars with the automatic transmission)

Removal
Remove the automatic transmission.

Use a clamp for untwisting of bolts (fig. 2.316).
Mark the provision of the conducted clutch plate in relation to the engine.
Turn off the conducted clutch plate.
Take the aligning washer enclosed under it.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

Establish the conducted clutch plate with the aligning washer and an adjusting plate (fig. 2.317).
For fastening use new bolts.
Rearrange a clamp for an inhaling of bolts.
Install the automatic transmission.

Inhaling moment
The conducted clutch plate to a bent shaft:
– length of bolts is 22,5 mm * – 60 +90 ° **
– length of bolts is 35,0 mm * – 60 N · m +180 ° ***
– length of bolts is 43,0 mm * – 60 N · m +180 ° ***
* Replace bolts.
** 90 ° there correspond quarters of a turn.
*** 180 ° correspond to a half of a turn.
