Operating procedure
Remove the check point.
Remove press a clutch plate.

Fig. 2.313. Measurement of depth of a press fitting of the needle bearing in a two-mass flywheel

Measure and write down depth of a press fitting (size x) of the needle bearing in a two-mass flywheel for further assembly (fig. 2.313).

Fig. 2.314. Extraction of the needle bearing

Take the needle bearing by means of an internal stripper and a countersupport (fig. 2.314).

NOTE
The plastic ring in a two-mass flywheel is susceptible to blows. At damage of a plastic ring – replace a two-mass flywheel.

Fig. 2.315. Press fitting of the needle bearing

Press the needle bearing a mandrel in a two-mass flywheel (fig. 2.315).
Press the needle bearing a reverse side of the aligning mandrel before achievement of previously measured landing depth.
Then check depth of a press fitting (size x) of the needle bearing in a two-mass flywheel (fig. 2.313).
Establish press a clutch plate.
Establish the check point.
