Remove the check point.
Cars from the manual transmission
Remove press a clutch plate and a two-mass flywheel.
Cars with the automatic transmission
Remove the conducted clutch plate.

NOTE
After removal of the check point the engine leans on reception adaptation and the limiter of a forward support of the engine is weakened.

ATTENTION
For further work follows be convinced that the frame of a radiator is established.

Remove the reception adaptation (fig. 2.337) installed for dismantle of the check point from the engine. Tighten the limiter of a forward support of the engine with effort of 28 N · m.
Uncover left and right a driving chain.
Put the device for pumping of oil under the engine.
Merge engine oil.
Remove the lower cover of the chain drive.

ATTENTION
Put washers under heads of bolts that the chain did not cling to bolts.

Install behind on the crankshaft the adapter with two old bolts of a two-mass flywheel (fig. 2.361).
Cars from the manual transmission
Turn off the left and right support of the stabilizer.
To reject the stabilizer down.
All cars
Unscrew a lock bolt from the block of cylinders (fig. 2.349).

ATTENTION
Groping VMT opening, do not scroll the crankshaft.
|
Turn the crankshaft in the direction of rotation of the engine to the provision of VMT (fig. 2.350). Twist the fixing bolt with the moment of 20 N · m in an opening, if necessary – for full centering of a bolt – twist the crankshaft in both directions a little.
Mark with paint the direction of the course of a chain of the drive of the oil pump and balancer shaft.
Press a level of an uspokoitel of a natyazhitel of a chain in the direction of an arrow and record a natyazhitel of a chain a pin (fig. 2.362). Unscrew bolts 1–3 and remove a natyazhitel of a chain, an asterisk of a chain of the drive of the balancer shaft, and also a chain.
Installation
The crankshaft 1 is fixed by the fixing bolt in VMT (fig. 2.350). Establish a natyazhitel of a chain with a chain and an asterisk of the balancer shaft.
In order to avoid receiving cut wounds wind the end and cutters of a 8-millimeter drill with an insulating tape.
Fix the balancer shaft a drill of poses. 1 in VMT (fig. 2.363). Longitudinal openings in an asterisk of the balancer shaft have to stand on the center to carving openings of the balancer shaft. If necessary move a chain on one tooth.
Twirl bolts of a natyazhitel of a chain.
Not completely twist bolts 2 asterisks of the chain drive.
The asterisk of the balancer shaft has to be turned still by hand, but should not be turned.
For unblocking of a natyazhitel of a chain take a pin.
Press the screw-driver a level of an uspokoitel of a natyazhitel of a chain and at the same time tighten bolts 2 asterisks.
Take a drill of poses. 1 of the balancer shaft.
Further installation is carried out in the return sequence.
Establish the lower cover of the chain drive.
Install the case of an oil filter.
Establish covers of the left and right driving chains.
Establish a crankshaft epiploon from a driving chain.
Cars from the manual transmission
Establish press a clutch plate and a two-mass flywheel.
Cars with the automatic transmission
Establish the conducted clutch plate.
Establish the check point.
Install the stabilizer.
Fill in engine oil and check its level.
Inhaling moments
Natyazhitel of a chain to the block цилиндров*: 6 N · m +45 ° **.
Asterisk of the balancer shaft to противовесу*: 15 N · m + 90 ° ***.
Carving stopper in the block of cylinders: 14 ****.
* Replace bolts.
** 45 ° correspond one eighth turns.
*** 90 ° there correspond quarters of a turn.
**** Establish with a new sealing ring.
