On cars with an autonomous heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an autonomous / additional heater on the noise-insulating screen (fig. 2.44).

Unblock clamps 1–3 and remove forward and back noise-insulating screens (fig. 2.45).

Put the device for pumping of oil under the engine.

Merge engine oil.

Remove the engine.

Disconnect the power unit.

Fix the engine at the Adjusting stand.

Remove press a clutch plate and a two-mass flywheel.

Remove the conducted clutch plate.

Remove a forward sealing flange.

Uncover left and right a driving chain.

Remove the lower cover of the chain drive.

Remove a chain of the drive of the oil pump and balancer shaft.

In order to avoid receiving cut wounds to wind the end and cutters of a 8-millimeter drill with an insulating tape.

Record a back counterbalance 2 on the engine a 8-millimeter drill of poses. 1 (fig. 2.365).

Unscrew a bolt 3 and remove a counterbalance from the balancer shaft.

Unscrew a bolt 2, holding a counterbalance a punch, and remove a forward counterbalance 1 on the engine from the balancer shaft (fig. 2.366).

Unscrew bolts and remove a board of the back bearing of the balancer shaft on the engine (fig. 2.367).

Take the balancer shaft from the block of cylinders back.

The crankshaft 1 is fixed by the fixing bolt in VMT.

Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

NOTE The counterbalance is got on the balancer shaft only in one situation.

Establish a chain of the drive of the oil pump and balancer shaft.

Establish the lower cover of the chain drive.

Install the case of an oil filter.

Establish covers of the left and right driving chains.

Establish a crankshaft epiploon from a driving chain.

Establish a forward sealing flange.

Establish press a clutch plate and a two-mass flywheel.

Establish the conducted clutch plate.

Fasten the check point to the engine and install the power unit.

Fill in engine oil and check its level.

Bearing board to the block of cylinders: 9 N · m.

Counterbalance to the balancer shaft: 60 N · m.

Carving stopper in the block цилиндров*: 14 N · m.
