Operating procedure
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.
Take off poliklinovy a belt.
Unload a tension element of a poliklinovy belt.

Remove the top part of the protection cover, having released the fixing brackets (fig. 2.475).
Wring out a cover of a quencher of tortional fluctuations.

Turn off a quencher of tortional fluctuations, holding the central bolt a cap wrench (fig. 2.481).

Unscrew bolts of the middle and lower part of the protection cover of a gear belt and remove both parts (fig. 2.490).

ATTENTION
It is allowed to scroll the engine only for the crankshaft in the direction of rotation (clockwise).

Put the crankshaft in VMT position.

Record a gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft by means of a crankshaft stopper for engines with a round gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft or by means of a crankshaft stopper for engines with an oval gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft (fig. 2.492).
Marks in an asterisk of a gear belt and stopper have to be the friend opposite to the friend. At the same time the pin of a stopper has to enter an opening of a sealing flange.

NOTE
The stopper can be pulled over an asterisk only from the face party of shliyets.

Assembly is carried out in the return sequence.
Establish a quencher of tortional fluctuations.
Establish poliklinovy a belt.
Establish a radiator frame with hinged elements.
Lower an emphasis of a forward support at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts.
Establish an overlay of a front bumper.

Inhaling moments
Cover of a gear belt to the block of cylinders: 10 N · м*.
Emphasis of a forward support to a radiator frame: 28 N · m.
* To insert bolts, previously having greased them with a carving varnish.
