Removal
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.
Remove an engine casing.
Take off poliklinovy a belt.

ATTENTION
It is allowed to scroll the engine only for the crankshaft in the direction of rotation (clockwise).

Put the crankshaft in position of VMT (fig. 2.491).

NOTE
Both gear segments are sent to VMT up.

Record naves by means of two lock pins.

Record a gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft by means of a crankshaft stopper for engines with a round gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft or by means of a crankshaft stopper for engines with an oval gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft (fig. 2.492).
Marks in an asterisk of a gear belt and stopper have to be the friend opposite to the friend. At the same time the pin of a stopper has to enter an opening of a sealing flange.

NOTE
The stopper can be pulled over an asterisk only from the face party of shliyets.

Mark the direction of rotation of a gear belt with chalk or a felt-tip pen.
Weaken bolts of gear wheels of cam-shafts (fig. 2.491) on two turns.

Weaken a fixing nut of 1 tension roller (fig. 2.493).
Turn the clown of a tension roller by means of capture for nuts counterclockwise that it was possible to record a tension roller a lock pin.

Then turn capture for nuts clockwise against the stop and tighten by hand a fixing nut of 1 (fig. 2.494).
At first take off a gear belt from the water pump, and then from other asterisks of a gear belt.

Installation (adjustment of phases of gas distribution)
Cam-shafts are stopped 2nd by a lock pin.
The crankshaft is fixed by a crankshaft stopper for engines with a round gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft or by means of a crankshaft stopper for engines with an oval gear wheel of a gear belt of the crankshaft.
The tension roller is recorded by a lock pin and recorded by a fixing nut to the right against the stop.

NOTE
Adjustment of a gear belt should be carried out only at the cold engine.
When scrolling a cam-shaft any of pistons of the crankshaft should not is in VMT.

Check the correct arrangement of a tension roller in the back protection cover of a gear belt (fig. 2.495).

Gear wheels of cam-shafts have to be turned hardly on a nave and should not warp.
You twist gear wheels of cam-shafts in longitudinal grooves clockwise of an arrow against the stop.
Lay a gear belt on a cam-shaft, a tension roller, gear wheels of crankshafts, bypass a roller and in the last turn – on a gear wheel of the water pump.
Adjust a tension of a gear belt as follows:
Take a lock pin.
Weaken a fixing nut of 1 tension roller (fig. 2.493).
Turn the clown of a tension roller by means of capture for nuts clockwise that the index 2 settled down in the middle before an opening in the lower part of a case of the engine.

NOTE
You watch that the nut was not turned together with the clown.

Hold a tension roller in this situation and tighten a nut of a tension roller the moment of 20 N · m +45 ° (1/8 turns).

NOTE
When tightening a fixing nut the index turns max. on 5 mm from an opening in the lower part of a case of the engine to the right. This situation cannot be changed as the gear belt settles over time.

Put a countersupport, as shown in the figure 2.496, and pressing hold a preliminary tension of a gear belt (fig. 2.496) in the direction.
Tighten bolts of both gear wheels of cam-shafts with the moment of 25 N · m.
Remove lock pins and a stopper of the crankshaft.

Control of phases of distribution
Turn the crankshaft on 2 turns in the direction of rotation of the engine that the crankshaft settled down almost in VMT again.

ATTENTION
It is allowed to scroll the engine only for the crankshaft in the direction of rotation (clockwise).

Record a nave And from rotation in the direction of an engine shaft by means of a lock pin (fig. 2.497).

Check the following items.
Whether the nave is fixed by the Vstoporny pin.
Whether the crankshaft is fixed by a stopper.
Whether the index of a tension roller in the middle or max. in 5 mm to the right of an opening in the lower part of a case of the engine is located.
