Bring a radiator frame into service situation.

Remove a casing of the engine (fig. 2.474).

Remove an air duct hose from the electric motor of the gate of an inlet collector, having slightly raised a fixing bracket (fig. 2.478).

For weakening of a tension of a poliklinovy belt turn a tension element in the direction of an arrow and record it by means of a mandrel (fig. 2.476).

Take off poliklinovy a belt.

Unscrew a bolt and remove a tension element of a poliklinovy belt (fig. 2.479).

Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

Before an inhaling check correctness of provision of a tension element on an arm of additional units.

Establish poliklinovy a belt.

At installation of airwater hoses with shtekerny connections you watch that the lock bracket was latched for the holding ledge And with a characteristic sound (fig. 2.480).

Establish a radiator frame with hinged elements.

Lower an emphasis of a forward support at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts.

Establish an overlay of a front bumper.

Tension element of a poliklinovy belt to the holder: 25 N · m.

Emphasis of a forward support to a radiator frame: 28 N · m.

Hose collars, width are 9 mm: 3 N · m.

Hose collars, width are 13 mm: 5,5 N · m.
