2.10.16. Removal and installation of roller levers

Removal

For the return installation mark a ratio of roller levers and axes of roller levers.

Take an axis of the roller lever 1 on the party of an admission by means of a stripper from a head of the block of cylinders (fig. 2.526).

Remove roller levers.

Unscrew bolts 4 and 5.

Take an axis of the roller lever 3 on the party of release from GBTs.

Installation

Installation is made in the return sequence, taking into account the following.

NOTE

Replace sealing rings of round section 2.

Before installation oil points of support of roller levers.

Inhaling moments

Axis of the roller lever to GBTs: 10 N · m.

Carving stopper of an axis of the roller lever to GBTs*: 10 N · m.

* To insert bolts, previously having greased them with a carving varnish; carving varnish.
