Removal
On cars with Dynamic-Ride-Control (DRC II) empty and fill system
Remove a decorative overlay of a wheel, on light-alloy wheels take off a cap (a removable hook from the onboard tool).
Remove a wheel.
Fix a brake disk by a wheel bolt.
Before removal of the left depreciation rack on cars with the proofreader of a tilt angle of headlights it is necessary to disconnect connecting draft of the sensor of level of the car from the bearing lever, having opened clips.
Disconnect the ABS line from fastening on a brake support.

Unscrew the screw with a hexagon 2 and remove fastening of the brake highway (fig. 4.49).
Unscrew bolts of 1 brake support and remove a support.
Again establish fastening of the brake highway. Insert and tighten the screw with a hexagon 2.
Fix a brake support on a design so that it the weight did not bend / did not damage the brake highway.
Continuation of assembly operations for all cars
Remove a brake support and to strengthen it on a body so that it the weight did not press on a brake hose / the brake highway and did not damage it.
Remove a clip 1 by means of pincers.
Repeated installation of this clip is not required.

Weaken a nut 2, to take a six-sided bolt and extend both levers (fig. 4.50) up.
Flaring of shlits in the hug bearing case by means of a chisel, etc. is not allowed.
Provide protection of a corrugated casing of the steering mechanism against damage by means of a protective cover.
In the figure 4.50 the removed steering mechanism is for descriptive reasons represented.
The protective cover 1 can be ordered at No. 893 512 137.
1 it is necessary to cut out a strip, the size A from a protective cover: 20–25 mm.
Carefully smooth out cut surfaces.

Put on a protective cover a corrugated casing of the steering mechanism. The cut of a cover has to be sent (fig. 4.51) down.
That do not damage hinges of the lower levers, it is necessary, for example, by means of a rack for the engine and the transmission, provide a support against reverse motion of shock-absorbers.

Turn off the screw with a hexagon of a depreciation rack / the bearing lever (fig. 4.52).
Turn the hug bearing case aside.
Open fastening of a broad tank of cooling liquid.
Uncover the water taking away box.

Remove a cap of the screw (fig. 4.53).
Unscrew bolts with a six-sided head 1 in the water taking away box.

Take a depreciation rack with a basic arm (fig. 4.54).
At the same time do not damage a hinge boot.

Installation
Insert a depreciation rack with a basic arm into a cup. Tighten bolts with a six-sided head of 1 (fig. 4.54).

NOTE
You monitor the correct landing of podkladny washers.
Rubber-metal hinges (saylent-blocks) have the limited working range of twisting. Therefore tighten threaded connections of levers only on the empty car.

Install a head of a fork of a depreciation rack in the lever and delay screw connection 1 (fig. 4.55).

NOTE
The screw is installed against the direction of the movement.

Establish both fingers of the hinge of the top levers in a rotary fist and by means of the special tool attract as much as possible down (fig. 4.56).

Install the new screw 2 and the self-stopped nut and tighten (fig. 4.58).
Insert an ABS system wire in the holder on a brake support.
Establish a brake disk, fasten a brake support.
On cars with the proofreader of a tilt angle of headlights install connecting draft of the sensor of level of the car on the bearing lever.
Establish and tighten a wheel.
