4.3.12. Replacement of support of a stretcher

NOTE
On cars stretchers of various executions are established.

Stretcher with rubber-metal support in points of a krepeleniye of a stretcher / body (all cars except cabriolets). Replacement of rubber-metal support is possible.
Stretcher without rubber-metal support in points of a krepeleniye of a stretcher / body, and with the welded steel plugs (only cabriolets). Steel plugs are not subject to replacement, at damage the stretcher changes.
For replacement of support of a stretcher it is necessary to remove a stretcher.

The provision of saylentblok should be regulated by means of a long pipe of rectangular section or a ruler (fig. 4.95).
A = 90 ° ±5 °.
Clamp a stretcher in a vice only with soft inserts.

For a press fitting of rubber-metal support to use only oil of the G 294 421 A1 type (fig. 4.96).
Press a support an until the mandrel does not settle down aflush with the top edge of a stripper.
Take a stripper and half rings of an insert up.

Establish half rings of inserts between a pro-rate and a stretcher (fig. 4.97).
Press a support against the stop.
At damage of a paint and varnish covering of a stretcher to take measures for anticorrosive protection of a surface.

For a press fitting of rubber-metal support use only oil of the G 294 421 A1 type (fig. 4.98).
Establish half rings of inserts in a tube.
Press a support an until the mandrel does not settle down aflush with the top edge of a stripper.

Raise a stripper and remove inserts of the bearing (fig. 4.99).
Replace a pro-rate with a mandrel 3351/1 and then to an uopr press a support.
