4.3.1. General provisions

At installation of details with an anticorrosive covering it is necessary to clean the surfaces of interface. On the surfaces of interface there should not be traces of an anticorrosive covering and fat.

The moments of an inhaling are given for ungreased bolts and nuts.

Carrying out welding or leveling works with the bearing or directing elements of a suspension bracket is inadmissible.

Avoid the following impacts on screw springs: blows by the hammer, hit of drops of metal when welding, the subsequent drawing color designations.

Install the external hinge instead of a power shaft.

Tighten the external hinge with the moment of 115 N · m (M14 screw) or 200 N · m (M16 screw).

Rubber-metal hinges (saylent-blocks) have the limited working range of twisting. Therefore tighten threaded connections of levers only on the empty car
