4.1.27. Change of tires

At each change of tires it is necessary to change the nickelized gate zolotnik.

The metal gate and the electronic equipment of a wheel can be reused.

Take off pressure in the tire, having unscrewed the nickelized gate zolotnik.

Dismantle the tire.

Execute visual control on the weakened or damaged parts. At the weakened threaded connections replace all valve knot.

NOTE Always replace the damaged electronic equipment of a wheel.

Mount the tire.

Twist the new, nickelized gate zolotnik.

To pump up the tire, again to twirl a plastic cap.

Execute balancing of the tire.

Dismantle the tire

Roll the tire or wring out.

When using squeezing shovels at first wring out the tire on the party, opposite from the gate.

Do not apply squeezing shovels in the shaded an area (fig. 4.32).

Squeezing head arrange near the gate so that it was possible establish an assembly shovel in 30 ° (b) near the gate.

Only then wring out the tire in the field of the gate.

Install the electronic equipment of a wheel about 180 ° against a squeezing head (fig. 4.33).

Press the tire into rim depth in a point, about, 90 ° from a squeezing head.

Mount the tire.
