4.1.17. MinimizationGeneral provisions
If the radial or side beating of a disk and the tire are imposed at each other, then the beating of a wheel increases.
100% the accuracy of rotation is impossible because of technical features.
Before minimization of mounted wheels on the car, it is necessary to carry out a trip to warm tires. At the expense of it it is possible to eliminate flattening in the presence.
Minimization performance order
Lower the tire.
Wring out tire boards from onboard zakrain of a rim.
Grease tire boards with tire paste on all circle.
Turn the tire on 180 ° concerning a disk.
Pump up the tire approximately to 4 bars.
Install a wheel with the tire on the balancing stand.
Check rotation accuracy for existence of a radial and side beating.
NOTE
If the nominal rate of a radial and side beating is not exceeded, then the wheel is possible balance up to 0 g.
If the radial and/or side beating goes beyond the admission, the tire should be turned once again.
|
Lower the tire and wring out tire boards from onboard zakrain of a rim.
Turn the tire on 90 ° concerning a disk (a quarter of a turn).
Again pump up the tire to 4 bars and check the accuracy of rotation of a wheel.
NOTE
If the nominal rate of a radial and side beating is not exceeded, then the wheel is possible balance up to 0 g.
|
If the radial and/or side beating still goes beyond the admission, the tire should be turned once again.
Again wring out the tire from onboard zakrain of a rim as it is described above.
Turn the tire on 180 ° concerning a disk (half-turn).
If the radial and/or side beating still is more than norm, check a disk for a beating.
If the measured values of a radial and side beating of a disk lie within the admission, then the tire has an inadmissible beating. In this case the tire should be replaced.
NOTE
Because of installation of the tire between it and onboard zakraina of a rim there is a tire paste.
Therefore on the first 100–200 kmsledut to avoid sharp braking and accelerations. Otherwise the tire can be turned on a disk, and the done work should be performed anew.
