Installation site: the control unit of automatic KP is fixed on a back part of KP directly on the hydraulic module of management (fig. 3.85).
The following elements are integrated into the control unit:
A – sensor of frequency of rotation of an output shaft of KP and sensor 2 chvrashcheniye of an output shaft of KP;
B – sensor of temperature of gearbox oil;
C – multifunctional switch;
D – sensor of frequency of rotation of an entrance shaft of KP;
E – sensor of 1 hydraulic pressure of automatic KP;
F – sensor 2 of hydraulic pressure of automatic KP.

Installation site: the hydraulic module of management is screwed on a back part of KP. Directly on the hydraulic module of management the control unit of automatic KP (fig. 3.86) is screwed.
A – Shtekerny socket of the regulator of pressure of 1 automatic KP.
B – Shtekerny socket of the regulator of pressure 2 automatic KP.
C – Shtekerny socket of the electromagnetic valve 1.
The following valves are integrated into the hydraulic module of management:
– regulator of pressure of 1 automatic KP (electromagnetic valve of coupling);
– pressure regulator 2 automatic KP (electromagnetic valve of the transfer relation);
– electromagnetic valve 1 (cooling safety coupling / shutdown);
– coupling cooling valve;
– regulator of the minimum pressure;
– reducing valve;
– valve of management of coupling;
– the operating pressure regulator.

NOTE
Valves are checked by self-diagnostics.

Installation site: the electromagnet of blocking of the automatic transmission selector is in the drive of inclusion of transfers (fig. 3.87).

Installation site: the diagnostic socket is under the forward panel to the left of a steering wheel (fig. 3.88).

Installation site: the switch of system of automatic control of speed is on the understeering switch (fig. 3.89).

Installation site: it is integrated into a combination of devices (fig. 3.90).

NOTE
The indicator of position of the automatic transmission selector can be replaced only together with a combination of devices.

Power supply relay the plug 87/of the relay of automatic KP and the relay of blocking of a starter and headlights of a backing (to 10:04 g) or the relay of blocking of a starter (from 11:04 g)

Installation site: on the block of the relay of the assembly block of the water taking away box.
Giving of food via the plug 87 is carried out through:
1 – the relay of automatic KP – only on cars from 2,4 l the petrol engine;
2 – Motronic power supply relay – on all other cars with the petrol engine;
3 – power supply relay the plug 30 – on cars with the diesel engine;
4 – the relay of blocking of a starter and headlights of a backing (to 10:04 g) or the relay of blocking of a starter (from 11:04 g).

NOTE
On cars from 11:04 g control of headlights of a backing is exercised on the CAN tire.

Installation site: the switch of a stoplight is in pedal knot (fig. 3.92).

NOTE
For ensuring reliability of installation the switch can be installed only once.

Kick-down sensor

Installation site: in the module of a pedal of an accelerator (fig. 3.93).

NOTE
Function of the Kick-down sensor on cars with the petrol engine is performed by the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator and the sensor 2 provisions of a pedal of an accelerator.
On cars with the diesel engine the Kick-down sensor is blocked with the sensor of provision of a pedal of an accelerator and executed as the switch.
