3.3.10. Removal and installation of the lock

NOTE It is impossible to break the lock.

Disconnect a weight wire from joint stock bank.

Remove a ware compartment from the driver.

Remove an overlay of a steering column.

Remove the module of management of the conditioner.

Remove an ashtray of the average console.

Remove the panel of the drive of inclusion of transfers.

Turn the ignition key in situation ("ignition is included").

Transfer the automatic transmission selector to situation "P".

Unblock a safety bracket 2 lock ski lifts and pull out the lock 1 of the switch of ignition (fig. 3.105).

Raise a safety spring 4 locks and remove a support of the lock 5 of the drive of inclusion of transfers aside and get an eye of the lock (fig. 3.105).

Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

Without breaking, lay the lock behind a dashboard rack.

Turn the ignition key in situation ("ignition is included").

Insert the lock 1 into the ignition switch.

Check fixing of a lock ski lift 2.

Switch the ignition switch to the provision of a stopper ("ignition is switched off").

Check finding of the automatic transmission selector in situation "P".

Insert a lock eye into a finger of 3 (fig. 3.105).

Raise a safety spring 4 a little.

On the right insert a lock 5 support into the drive of inclusion of transfers to record a safety spring of 4 (fig. 3.105).

Adjust the lock.

Observe precautionary measures after accession of joint stock bank.
