8.2.7. Removal and installation of a frame of glass and window regulator of a back doorRemoval
Remove a door upholstery.
Remove the window regulator electric motor a manual window regulator.
Disconnect shtekerny sockets.

Turn off bolts 3, 4, 6 and 10 and to take a glass frame with a window regulator from a door up (fig. 8.66).
Installation
Insert a frame and a window regulator into a door from above.
Frame the top half of a profile of consolidation on a door of glass.
Slightly wrap fixing screws 4 ahead and behind.
In conclusion slightly wrap bolts in the sequence of 3, 10, 8 (fig. 8.66). Screw by hand adjusting bolts with a fillet of 4 (fig. 8.66). Slightly press the top part of a frame of glass 1 in the direction inside.
Tighten bolts the 3 and 10 moment of 32 N · m (fig. 8.66). Tighten adjusting bolts with a fillet the 4th moment of 32 N · m.
Tighten a bolt the 8th moment of 10 N · m.
Tighten the fixing screw (shooter) in a glass frame the moment of 32 N · m.
Insert the lower half of a sealant of a door into an internal wall of a door.
Fix a window regulator holder by a bolt 7 on an internal wall of a door.
Press carving pins of a drum of a window regulator until they are not recorded in an internal wall of a door.

For removal turn off bolts 2 and remove the electric motor of a window regulator (fig. 8.58). Installation of the electric motor of a window regulator is carried out in the return sequence.
Removal and installation of a manual window regulator
Turn off bolts 2 and remove a manual window regulator from the inside of a wall of a door (fig. 8.67). Installation of a manual window regulator is carried out in the return sequence.
