8.1.26. Removal and installation of a cover of a luggage compartment

Remove an upholstery of a back cover.

Disconnect and remove electric sockets and a hose of a washer of back glass.

Open a cover of a luggage compartment and prop up.

3 raise the holding spring by means of the screw-driver according to the figure 8.47 and pull together a gas support 1 from the top spherical head 2.

Remove facing of 1 hinge of a cover of a luggage compartment and кабелепровод 2 from the hinge of a cover (arrow) (fig. 8.48).

Turn off bolts (shooters) (fig. 8.49) at the left and on the right.

The assistant is necessary for support and removal of a cowl.

Uncover a luggage compartment.

Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

The inhaling moment at installation of 21 N · m.

In a new cover of a luggage compartment follows after varnishing on a surface, to paste the isolating rugs.

Cut the isolating rugs from a noise isolation (self-adhesive) number of a detail of 323 863 950 following sizes (fig. 8.50).
