At the included ignition and during the movement the system of automatic control of malfunctions continuously controls certain functions and technical condition of systems of the car.
Or about need of urgent performance of maintenance and repair works the system informs on the arising malfunctions a sound signal, accompanying it with red and yellow light symbols of the display of a combination of devices depending on priority degree.
Red symbols signal about danger, and yellow are alarm symbols. Besides, in certain situations, in addition to red symbols text instructions to the driver appear.

Text instructions to the driver
At emergence of the message on malfunction of function of a lamp, at the movement with the tightened emergency brake, and also before inclusion of the mode of the movement of cars with the automatic transmission the corresponding text instruction to the driver is output to the display.
Besides, at a blinking on the display of any symbol of the first degree of priority the driver can bring the corresponding instructions to the display.
For example, on the display the symbol of malfunction of pressure of engine oil appears. If after that to press the CHECK button, then on the display the following instruction will appear:
"Motor abstellen, Olstand priifen" ("kill the engine, check oil level")
This indication of the display dies away approximately later 5 pages. Short-term pressing of the CHECK button the instruction can again be output to the display.

NOTE
Instructions of "Handbremse angezogen" ("will tighten the emergency brake") and "Beim Einlegen einer Fahrstufe im Stand Fussbremse betatigen" (at the choice of the mode of the movement of the motionless car press a brake pedal) cannot be output to the display repeatedly. These instructions die away after removal of the car from the emergency brake or inclusion of the mode of the movement.

Cars with the mechanical transmission (control of the functions "mechanical transmission")
At inclusion of ignition the control system of malfunctions exercises automatic control of functions. If the functions checked by the control system of malfunctions as it should be, for several seconds indication "OK" lights up.
Existence of malfunctions is demonstrated by the corresponding indication instead of indication "OK". At the same time the warning signal sounds.

Cars with the automatic transmission (control of the functions "automatic transmission")
At inclusion of ignition the control system of malfunctions exercises automatic control of functions. When finding a control lever the instruction is published in the provision "P" or "N" on the display in the beginning: "Beim Einlegen einer Fahrstufe im Stand Fussbremse betatigen" ("at inclusion of the mode of the movement of the motionless car press a brake pedal").
If now to include the mode of the movement ("R", "D", etc.), then the instruction dies away and automatic control of functions is exercised. If under control functions as it should be, then in conclusion for several seconds indication "OK" is highlighted.
With malfunctions, approximately through 15 from later launch of the engine, the above-stated instruction to the driver is replaced by indication of the corresponding symbol of malfunction. At the same time the warning signal sounds.
In the absence of indication "OK", and also malfunction, check the control system of malfunctions of the car is subject.

Red symbols
The red symbol signals about danger.

Stop.
Kill the engine.
Check faulty function. If necessary use the qualified help.
Red symbols indicate violation of functioning of the first degree of priority (danger).
At emergence of a red symbol three sound signals following one by one precautionary are distributed. The blinking of a symbol proceeds before malfunction elimination. At emergence at once of several violations of functioning of the first degree of priority symbols appear consistently, with a duration of indication of each of them about 2 pages.

Yellow symbols
Yellow symbols are prevention symbols.

Yellow symbols signal about violation of functioning of the second degree of priority (prevention).
At emergence of a yellow symbol one warning signal is distributed. As soon as possible check the corresponding function. At at once several violations of functioning of the second degree of priority symbols appear consistently, with a duration of indication of each of them about 2 pages.

Speeding alarm system
The alarm system of speeding allows to set restriction of speed which should not be exceeded.
The alarm system of speeding warns the driver about excess of previously entered speed. As soon as the actual speed exceeds the entered value approximately on 10 km/h, the warning signal is distributed. At the same time on the display the alarm symbol appears.
The alarm system of speeding allows to program two degrees of the prevention not the absolutely identical tasks functioning independently from each other and carrying out:
– degree of the prevention 1;
– degree of the prevention 2.

NOTE
Despite existence of the device of the alarm system of excess of the programmed restriction of speed, control independently on a speedometer admissible rules the maximum speed.

Degree of the prevention 1
Value of degree of the prevention 1 can be changed during the movement.
Degree of the prevention 1 gives the chance to set restriction of speed during the movement. The entered value of speed remains in memory before switching off of ignition if change of speed or cancellation of the introduced restriction did not take previously place.

The alarm symbol of the first degree of the prevention appears on the display at excess of the actual speed of the entered value (fig. 1.49). The symbol dies away at reduction of speed below the programmed value.
The symbol dies away, besides, at increase in speed of the about 40 km/h higher entered value during at least 10 pages. At the same time however there is no removal from memory of the introduced restriction of speed.

Programming of degree of the prevention 1
Degree of the prevention 1 is programmed by the CHECK button.

Programming of restriction of speed
The car has to move with an urgent speed which should not be exceeded.
Press and release the CHECK button.

Cancellation of the introduced restriction of speed
Speed of the car has to be at least 5 km/h.
Press more than 1 about the CHECK button.
Successful input in memory is confirmed by short-term fire on the display of an alarm symbol of restriction of speed at a button otpuskaniye. The entered value of speed remains in memory before the following short-term pressing of the button at other speed or so far the user pressing more than 1 with will not cancel the introduced restriction.

Degree of the prevention 2
Value of degree of the prevention 2 can be changed only at the switched-off ignition.
Degree of the prevention 2 gives the chance of programming and cancellation of the maximum restriction of speed only at the switched-off ignition. Programming of this prevention is recommended in need of the general reminder to the driver of maintenance of a certain maximum speed. For example, at the movement in the country with restriction of speed, maximum speed at the movement with winter tires. The alarm symbol of the second degree of the prevention appears on the display when the actual speed exceeds the entered value. The symbol dies away, unlike degree of the prevention 1, only at reduction of speed below the programmed size.

Programming of degree of the prevention 2
Value of degree of the prevention 2 is programmed and cancelled by the switches mounted in the screen wiper handle.

Programming of the maximum speed
Switch off ignition.
Press and release the CHECK button in a combination of devices. Lighting of the counter of the passable way and the digital watch joins.
Press at least 2 about the CHECK button. On the display there is an entered urgent threshold value of the maximum speed or the crossed-out symbol of degree of the prevention 2 if the maximum speed was not programmed previously.

For change of speed press the top or lower party of the screen wiper mounted in the handle and the switch of functions (fig. 1.50). At the same time there is stage-by-stage (one stage of 10 km/h) an increase or reduction of values.

Cancellation of the introduced restriction of speed
Switch off ignition.
Press and release the CHECK button in a combination of devices. Lighting of the counter of the passable way and the digital watch joins.
Press at least 2 about the CHECK button. On the display there is an entered urgent threshold value of the maximum speed.
Press the dumping button mounted in the screen wiper handle In still on the display there will be no crossed-out symbol of degree of the prevention of 2 (fig. 1.50).
In several seconds after process of programming or cancellation lighting of the counter of the passable way and the digital watch is switched off.
