5.2.11. Removal and installation of the pump of the hydraulic booster, cars with the 6-cylinder petrol engineRemoval (except A4 with the engine of 3,0 l)
Take off poliklinovy a belt.
Turn off a belt pulley of the pump, for this purpose as a countersupport use a key for two openings.

Unscrew the back fixing screw of the pump of the hydraulic booster by means of a face key with the extender (fig. 5.34)Unscrew the hollow screw 1.

Unscrew screws and remove the pump of the hydraulic booster with fastening.

NOTE
Under the place of pressure head hydraulic lines enclose a rag that on it hydraulic oil dripped.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

NOTE
Replace consolidations and sealing rings.
|
Before installation of the new pump on the party of absorption fill in hydraulic oil and turn by hand that oil came out on the party of a pressure.
Fix all connections of hoses by new collars.
By hand rotate a nave until oil goes from forcing.
Install the rotor pump.
Install new sealing rings on the hollow screw.
Tighten the hollow screw of a pressure head hose.
Install the soaking-up pipeline.
Twirl a pulley of the vane pump.
Establish poliklinovy a belt.
Check the level of working liquid in hydraulic system.
