5.2.10. Removal and installation of the pump of the hydraulic booster, cars with the 4-cylinder engine

Removal (all cars)
Remove a noise-insulating board.

All cars (except for TFSI)
Bring a radiator frame into service situation.

All cars
Weaken poliklinovy a belt.
Take off poliklinovy a belt from a pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster.

Clamp the giving and drain hydroline clips for hoses (fig. 5.2).
Install the pallet for oil discharge.
Remove the soaking-up line.
Pressure head hose, 22 mm, turn off.

All cars (except for TFSI)

Depending on execution, turn off a belt pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster, using for deduction a key on 2 openings (fig. 5.30)

Unscrew screw connections of 1 pump of the hydraulic booster through openings in a belt pulley (fig. 5.31)

Unscrew screw connection on a reverse side of the pump of the hydraulic booster (fig. 5.32)
Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster.

Installation
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.
Replace consolidations and sealing rings.
Before installation of the new pump on the party of absorption fill in hydraulic oil and turn by hand that oil came out on the party of a pressure.
Fix all connections of hoses by new collars.
By hand rotate a nave until oil goes from forcing.
Install the pump of the hydraulic booster on fastening.
Insert and tighten screws 1 (fig. 5.31)
Tighten the screw on a reverse side of the pump of the hydraulic booster (fig. 5.32)
Install new sealing rings on the hollow screw.
Tighten the hollow screw of a pressure head hose.
Install the soaking-up pipeline.
Twirl a pulley of the vane pump.
Establish poliklinovy a belt (fig. 5.30).
At installation of a poliklinovy belt you monitor the correct provision on pulleys.
Establish a radiator frame.
Install the shock-absorber.
Establish a noise-insulating casing.
Fill in hydraulic oil.
Start the engine and check the belt course.
Check the level of working liquid in hydraulic system.
