2.2.5. Replacement of spark plugs

ATTENTION Establish a stripper on the most top thick edge of coils of ignition and separate it from spark plugs as at the subsequent installation of a stripper on the lower edges them it is possible to damage (fig. 2.23).

Remove a protective cover of the engine.

At the switched-off ignition remove tips 1 from spark plugs (fig. 2.24).

Unscrew spark plugs a key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.

Check reliability of fixing of high-voltage wires and tips of spark plugs.

Inhaling moment: spark plugs in a head of cylinders – 30 N · m.

Switch off ignition.

Remove a protective cover of the engine.

Remove tips 1 from coils of ignition (fig. 2.25).

Press a tip 1 in the direction of the ignition coil.

Press by hand a latch and remove a tip.

Remove by means of a coil stripper from spark plugs.

Unscrew spark plugs a key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.

Inhaling moment: spark plugs in a head of the block of cylinders – 30 N · m.

NOTE Insert coils of ignition by hand into the heads of the block of cylinders provided for this nest in a cover.

Switch off ignition.

Remove a protective cover of the engine (in the presence).

Remove both bolts 1.

Press a tip 2 in the direction of the coil of ignition (fig. 2.26).

Press by hand a latch and remove a tip.

Remove by means of a coil stripper from spark plugs.

Unscrew spark plugs a key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.

Inhaling moment: spark plugs in a head of the block of cylinders – 30 N · m.

NOTE Insert coils of ignition by hand into the heads of the block of cylinders provided for this nest in a cover.

Remove the top part of the air filter.

Remove both bolts 1.

Press a tip 2 in the direction of the ignition coil. Press by hand a latch and remove a tip.

Remove by means of a coil 3 stripper from spark plugs (fig. 2.27).

Unscrew spark plugs a key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.

Unscrew a tank with cooling liquid (fig. 2.28).

Fix a tank with the hoses attached to it 1–3 aside.

Remove both bolts 1.

Press a tip 2 in the direction of the coil of ignition (fig. 2.29).

Press by hand a latch and remove a tip.

Remove by means of a coil 3 stripper from spark plugs.

Unscrew spark plugs a key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.

Press by hand a latch and remove a tip.

Remove by means of a coil 3 stripper from spark plugs.

Unscrew spark plugs the Key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.

Remove a casing, having pulled it (fig. 2.31) up.

Unscrew a tank with cooling liquid (fig. 2.28).

Fix a tank with the hoses attached to it 1–3 aside.

Remove both bolts 1

Press a tip 2 in the direction of the coil of ignition (fig. 2.32).

Press by hand a latch and remove a tip.

Remove by means of a coil 3 stripper from spark plugs.

Unscrew spark plugs the Key for spark plugs.

Screw in new spark plugs.
