Remove a protective cover of the engine.
Remove the top protection of a gear belt.
Check a condition of a gear belt regarding existence on it the following damages:
– cracks, cross breaks;
– stratification (belt framework, кордшнур);
– development of a framework of a belt;
– istrepannost of a kordshnur;
– superficial cracks (plastic covering);
– existence of traces of oil and lubricant.

ATTENTION
The found damages are subject to obligatory elimination.

Check a tension of a gear belt of the pump TNVD.

Fill in engine oil.
Inhaling moment: the drain bolt, 4-tsit. petrol engines – 30 N · m

Engines with OG turbocharger
At the first start of the engine after replacement of engine oil and an oil filter, consider below-mentioned factors.
Until in a combination of devices the control lamp of pressure of oil burns, the engine has to work only at single turns. Do not add gas. Addition of gas can cause damage or failure of a turbocharger.
Only after the control lamp will go out, the necessary pressure of oil is reached and it is possible to add gas.

6-tsit. petrol BBJ and ASN engines
Weaken an oil filter by means of a tension tape.
