Remove the control unit of air conditioning system (fig. 3.55).

Previously having lifted the panel 1 in the direction of an arrow A, remove it in the direction of an arrow B.
All cars
Turn off bolts (arrows C) and remove an ashtray 2 from the central console.
Disconnect the shtekerny socket of illumination of an ashtray.
Take out foam checks from the central console.
Remove the noise-insulating screen in the direction up.

Unscrew the noise-insulating screen of the case of the mechanism of gear shifting (fig. 3.56).

On cars with an autonomous heater turn off bolts of an exhaust pipe of an autonomous / additional heater on the noise-insulating screen.
Weaken bolts or clamps 1 and 2 remove the forward noise-insulating screen A (fig. 3.1).

Weaken clamps 3 (in the presence) and remove the back noise-insulating screen B.
NOTE
It is forbidden to bend a demountable element in a reception pipe more than on 10 °.

Disconnect system of release of OG from tightening collars or a collar (fig. 3.58).
If necessary disconnect a back part of system of release of OG from the fixing loops and remove it.
NOTE
The assistant is necessary for a detachment of a back part of system of release of OG.

Unscrew the heat-shielding screen of the driveshaft (fig. 3.59).

Remove the heat-shielding screen of 1 system of release of OG which is under the drive of gear shifting (fig. 3.60).
Turn off flange bolts the check point/driveshaft.
Combine the driveshaft 2 with reverse main gear. CV JOINTS move on an axis.
Tie up the driveshaft to the heat-shielding screen (fig. 3.61).
Establish an emphasis of the elevator of the power unit with the enclosed wooden pro-rate under the back cross lever (fig. 3.62).
Rest the back cross lever the elevator of the power unit.
At first turn off bolts 1 and 2, and then 3 and 4.

Slowly lower the back cross lever by means of the elevator of the power unit until the distance between the cross lever and a body does not make "also" (fig. 3.63).
Mm x=60 distance.
In the presence of the heat-shielding screen of the left power shaft unscrew the screen.

Turn off a nut 1 and remove the lever of switching KPP 2 from a shaft of switching of the check point (fig. 3.64).
Turn off a connecting cable 2 from a cable of inclusion of transfers.

Having turned off a bolt with an internal hexagon, remove a cable of the choice of transfers of 1 (fig. 3.65).
Remove the gear shifting drive to the right side.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the return sequence.
NOTE
Surely replace laying and самоконтрящиеся nuts.

Install the cross lever of a suspension bracket.
Establish elements of system of release of OG and to level without tension.
Install the back noise-insulating screen (in the presence).
Adjust the gear shifting drive.
Install air conditioning system control unit.
Inhaling moments
Connecting cable to the check point: 23 N · m.
The lever of switching of the check point to a gear shifting shaft: 23 N · m.
Cable of the choice of transfers to the check point: 40 N · m.
The heat-shielding screen of a power shaft to the check point: 23 N · m.
The heat-shielding screen of the driveshaft to a check point cover: 25 N · m.
The gear shifting drive to a body: 10 N · m.
The noise-insulating screen to the gear shifting drive: 10 N · m.
