6.4.5. Removal and installation of the hydraulic block
Turn off bolts 1 and remove the control unit 2 without distortion from the hydraulic unit (fig. 6.76)

Clean the condensing surface 2, use for this purpose a plastic scraper 1. Check valves 3 regarding damages (fig. 6.77)
The condensing surface of the hydraulic unit has to be pure and equal.
If the condensing surface or petals of contacts are damaged, then the hydraulic unit is subject to replacement.
Consolidation of the control unit is not replaced.
It is not allowed to take or lift consolidation of the control unit.
Do not use aggressive cleaners (use the applied cleaner).
Check the condensing surface for existence of damages (visual control).
Carefully pull the control unit of 1 coils via valves of the hydraulic unit 2 (fig. 6.78)
down. You watch that valves were not warped.
Penetration of moisture and particles of dirt in the control unit is not allowed.
The purge of the control unit or hydraulic unit of compressed air is not allowed.
Severe concussion (for example, falling, blow) can cause breakage of the control unit. After that use the control unit it is impossible.
The edge of the case of the control unit has to slide over a ledge in the hydraulic unit.
Use new bolts.
To provide tightness of elastic consolidations, it is allowed to install the new control unit on the old hydraulic block no more than two times.
The control unit which was already used repeatedly cannot be installed.
Having pressed the control unit, get it on the hydraulic unit and evenly twist new bolts 1 and 2 (not to tighten) to a uniform prileganiye of the control unit to the hydraulic (N55) ABS block (fig. 6.76)
Twist bolts with 1 on 6 to a prileganiye, but not to tighten.
1–6 tighten bolts in the sequence presented in the drawing.
Inhaling moment: 2,9 N · m.
After twisting check prilegany heads at all bolts.
Install the block.
