Poliklinova the belt / tension of a poliklinovy belt has to be normal.

Hoses / highway should not have changes and should not be pressed.

Clamp the soaking-up and drain lines clips for hoses to diameter of 25 mm (fig. 5.2).

Remove a noise isolation.

For check of a pressure of the pump the pressure head hose from the pump is not removed. Connection of the device is made for check of the hydraulic booster on connection in the left lower part of a motor compartment.

Under the place of separation substitute the pallet that in it hydraulic oil followed.

Separate connection (fig. 5.5).

Install the device for check of the hydraulic booster, as shown in the figure 5.6.

Wind a device hose for check of the hydraulic booster on a pressure head hose.

Remove clips for hoses to diameter of 25 mm.

You watch that the lever on the manometer was in situation 2 (fig. 5.7).

Start the engine, without pressing the accelerator pedal.

10 times turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop.

Stop the engine and if necessary add in a tank oil for hydraulic systems.

NOTE In order to avoid damage of the pump of the hydraulic booster pay attention to the following: it is impossible to close the locking valve of the manometer at this check more, than on 10 pages.

Start the engine, without pressing gas, and leave it to idle.

Read out pressure of the pump on single turns directly after start of the engine (if necessary to involve the second technician).

As during check pressure falls, consider the maximum shown pressure follows

After that check pressure head pressure.

Start the engine and at single turns of the engine close the valve of poses. 1, consider pressure (the lever has to look from a pressure head hose aside) (fig. 5.8).

Duration of measurement is no more than 10 pages.

The set pressure: 123–130 bars

If the nominal rate is not reached, the vane pump needs to be replaced.

Switch off the engine.

Remove the device for check of the hydraulic booster.

Collect screw connection of pressure head hoses, 40 N · by m

Check the level of working liquid in hydraulic system.

Establish a noise isolation.
