Fig. 5.2. Clips for hoses

Clamp the giving and drain hydroline clips for hoses (fig. 5.2).
Turn off a pressure head hose from the pump of the amplifier of steering
Twist the adapter in the vane pump instead of a hollow bolt.

NOTE
If an adapter carving too long, use several consolidations.

Fasten a manometer hose on the adapter.
Close the locking valve of the manometer (the lever is directed to the left).
Clips for hoses to diameter of 25 mm need to be removed.

NOTE
In order to avoid damage of the pump pay attention to the following: it is impossible to close the locking valve of the manometer at this check more, than on 10 pages.

Start the engine, without pressing gas, and leave it to idle.
Read out pressure of the pump on single turns directly after start of the engine (if necessary involve the assistant).
As during check pressure falls, consider the maximum shown pressure follows.
Start the engine and if necessary add in a tank oil for hydraulic systems.
With a frequency of rotation of idling consider pressure on the manometer (measurement has to continue no more than 10 c).
If the nominal rate is not reached, the vane pump needs to be replaced.
To switch off the engine.
Remove the manometer.
By means of the hollow screw connect the pressure head line to the pump of the hydraulic booster.
Check the level of working liquid in hydraulic system.
