3.4.4. Dismantling of the tripoidny AAR 2600i or 3300i hinge

Clamp a power shaft in a vice in horizontal position.

NOTE Use laid on protective sponges for a vice. You watch that the power shaft did not sustain damage.

Note the provision of an element of the hinge in relation to a power shaft

If not to mark them and at assembly to establish them not on the former place, later at operation noise can appear.

The waterproof felt-tip pen is suitable for drawing marks.

Open collars.

Remove a hinge boot (fig. 3.124) back.

Determine the size A, as shown in the figure 3.125.

The size A is 74 mm = a power shaft of AAR 2600i.

The size A is 77 mm = a power shaft of AAR 3300i.

ATTENTION You monitor use of the corresponding special tool for these or those power shafts.

Enter for a hinge element the assembly tool for the tripoidny AAR 3300i hinge or the assembly tool for the tripoidny AAR 2600i hinge (fig. 3.126).

The directing pin 1 has to adjoin to an external element of the hinge.

Bring the assembly tool to a hinge element contact with rotation of screws with knurled heads 2.

NOTE The element of the hinge has to be recorded in the assembly tool or without side plays. Tighten screws 2 only by hand.

In the figure 3.127 the assembly tool for a power shaft of AAR 3300i is shown.

For a power shaft of AAR 2600i use the assembly tool.

By means of a percussion instrument remove a hinge element in the horizontal direction.

Mark with risks the assembly provision of details of 1 and 2 (fig. 3.128).

If not to mark them and at assembly to establish them not on the former place, later at operation noise can appear.

Remove lubricant with not tousled rag.

Do not install assembly T10065/4 adaptation on a swing body.

Pull together a hinge boot

Remove lubricant from shaft teeths

Check wear of a body of swing and a guide

Pochisitite power shaft and case.
