Filling of external hinges with G 000 603 lubricant.

Filling of tripoidny hinges with G 000 605 lubricant.

NOTE When replacing a boot anew grease the hinge.

Clamp a power shaft in a vice

Use laid on protective sponges for a vice.

Open tightening a collar on an element of the hinge and remove a hinge boot back.

Take a round sealing ring (shooter) from a flute.

Holding a hinge holder, take a power shaft from a vice.

Remove a lock ring from an asterisk of the tripoidny hinge / a power shaft (fig. 3.109).

In case of damage of a boot of the hinge remove it, having scissored, for example. Otherwise carefully turn out it back.

Insert a power shaft into a vice.

Hold a power shaft and a vypressuyta an asterisk of the tripoidny hinge from a power shaft (fig. 3.110).

You watch that at a vypressovka of a body of swing remained free.

Remove an asterisk of the tripoidny hinge with rollers and to put on a pure surface.

Separate a hinge holder from a power shaft.

Remove a hinge boot from a power shaft.

Clear a power shaft, an element of the hinge and a flute for consolidation.

Establish a protective cover of the hinge on a power shaft.

Establish a hinge element on a power shaft.

The facet on an asterisk is directed to a shaft, it facilitates installation (fig. 3.111).

Before montazhy the hinge or an asterisk of the tripoidny hinge teeths And need to be covered with a thin layer of the lubricant used for the hinge.

Establish an asterisk of the tripoidny hinge on a shaft according to a mark and fill against the stop.

The assistant removing a hinge boot back is for this purpose necessary.

Use the special tools presented in the figure 3.112.

Establish a lock ring, you watch correctness of landing.

Enter into the Tripod hinge 80 g of lubricant for power shafts from a repair kit.

Shift a hinge element by means of rollers and record.

Enter from the back party of the Tripod hinge 30 g of lubricant for power shafts from a repair kit.

Establish a boot. The ledge in a cover has to enter a hinge case flute.

Take a power shaft from a vice and fix a hinge holder.

Establish in a flute a new sealing ring from a repair kit (fig. 3.108).

Establish a new cover on a hinge element. Openings of a cover and a holder of the hinge have to coincide (fig. 3.113).

Establish a collar.
