Dismantle of a sealing cuff of a power shaft

Carefully pick up by means of the screw-driver and take consolidation of a shaft (fig. 3.27).

NOTE
Do not damage the working surface of consolidation of a power shaft.

Installation of a sealing cuff of a power shaft
Fill space of a new sealing ring of a main shaft between sealing and working edges a thin layer of lubricant.
On teeths of a main shaft hardly pull the thin isolating hose.

Insert a sealing ring of a power shaft (fig. 3.28).
Serial depth of a press fitting: 3,5 mm.
Repair depth of a press fitting of an old main shaft of 4,5 mm.
Remove the isolating hose.
Remove the coupling switching off lever

Turn off the screw 1, remove a lamellar spring 2 and wring out a clamp (fig. 3.29) back.
Remove the lever of switching off of coupling 4 with the release bearing 3 (fig. 3.29).
Remove uvulas of the release bearing on the switching off lever.
Install the coupling switching off lever
Before installation of the lever of switching off of coupling of a surface of a prileganiye of a pusher of the working cylinder grease with a thin layer of copper lubricant.
Install the lever of switching off of coupling And in a pro-rate With and fix (fastening In becomes visible).
Establish a lamellar spring and tighten the screw with the moment of 25 N · m.
Check of the bearing of switching off of coupling with the pasted plastic ring

Distinctive sign: inside of a plastic ring with three fixing ledges (fig. 3.30).
At removal of a box of transfers / the release bearing the plastic ring can be disconnected from the release bearing. It is not the reason for replacement of the release bearing.
Paste the disconnected plastic ring before installation of the transmission glue to a bearing ring.
Three rectangular ledges of a plastic ring have to enter bearing ring grooves.

NOTE
If developments on a plastic ring are deeper than 0,8 mm, the release bearing is subject to replacement.

Distinctive sign: a plastic ring with the fixing ledges.

NOTE
The bearing of switching off of coupling with the disconnected plastic ring 1 needs to be replaced.

Wear tracks 2 on a plastic ring 1 more deeply than 0,8 mm demonstrate that the bearing of switching off of coupling 3 needs to be replaced.
