3.1.7. Instructions on removal and installation of the main thing / worker of cylinders of coupling

In need of replacement of the main / working cylinder of coupling because of estimated malfunction at first it is necessary to check operability of the device.

In case of removal of the working cylinder with the connected pipeline from the transmission do not press a pedal of coupling. Otherwise the piston will be forced out from the working cylinder of coupling and will fail.

After installation of the working cylinder carefully press a coupling pedal. If pressing a pedal of coupling requires unusually big effort – take away a leg from a coupling pedal. Perhaps, the pusher of the working cylinder passed by the coupling switching off lever. At effort to pedals about 300 N · the m will occur destruction of the working cylinder.
