2.5.3. Removal and installation of the water pump

Open a cover of a broad tank of the cooling system.

Remove a casing of the engine (fig. 2.54).

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from the noise-insulating screen (fig. 2.44).

Weaken quick disconnect couplings 1 and 2 and remove a forward noise isolation (fig. 2.45).

Merge cooling liquid.

Take off a gear belt.

Turn off fixing screws of 1 pump of cooling liquid 2 and carefully take its (fig. 2.214).

Remove a sealing ring of round section 3.

Installation is carried out in the return sequence.

Clear or process a sealing surface for a sealing ring of round section.

Moisten a new sealing ring with the 3rd G12+ cooling liquid.

Install the pump of cooling liquid 2 (fig. 2.214).

Adjusting situation: caps on the case have to be turned down.

Tighten bolts of 1 water pump the moment of 15 N · m.

Establish a gear belt.

Establish a poliklinovy belt.

Fill in cooling liquid.

Establish a radiator frame with hinged components.

Lower a support emphasis against a provorachivaniye at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts (fig. 2.96).

Establish a casing of a front bumper.

Check adjustment of headlights.

The water pump to the block of cylinders: 15 N · m.

Cover of a gear belt to the block of cylinders: 10 * N · m.

Emphasis of the shaking support: 28 N · m.
