1.4.3. The memory device of provision of a seat of the driver (the car with the electric drive of seats, the memory device)

The keys of the memory device located at the driver's doors it is possible to program and reproduce four various versions of the provision of a seat and external mirrors.

Keys of the memory device 1, 2, 3 and 4 it is possible to program and reproduce at most four various versions of the provision of a seat and external mirrors (fig. 1.122).

The memory device of provision of a seat is switched-off by pressing of the STOP key. At the same time the inscription "OFF" which is near the STOP key burns (it is visible only at the turned-on light).

All entered provisions remain in memory. The provision of a seat and external mirrors at the same time can be regulated only in the usual way (by means of the electric drive). The memory device is recommended to be switched-off pressing of the STOP key at incidental use of the car of the driver and therefore lack of need of programming of provision of a seat for it.

NOTE The programmed provisions can be reproduced also by means of remote radio control.

During the programming and reproduction of all functions it has to be pressed the STOP key (is drowned).

Adjust the provision of a seat of the driver.

Adjust situation both external a zerka.

Press and hold the MEMO key. In addition press at least 1 about one of keys of the memory device.

Release keys. This situation is entered into memory now and corresponds to number of the key chosen at input.

At each new programming on the same key there is a dumping of the previous data. When programming it is recommended to begin with a key 1, leaving for other drivers on one of other keys.

When locking the car the radio key (remote radio control) into memory enters the last provision of a seat and mirrors. This provision of a seat and mirrors automatically is reproduced remote radio control at the subsequent unlocking of the car. The provision of external mirrors is reproduced right after unlocking, and the provision of a seat of the driver after opening of a door of the driver. At the same time however there is no dumping of data of the memory device of the distribution undertaken earlier on keys 1-4. Reproduction of the entered provisions the corresponding keys is at any time possible.

The programmed provisions can be reproduced both keys of the memory device, and remote radio control (radio key).

At an open door of the driver once press the corresponding key of the memory device.

At the closed door of the driver press and hold the corresponding key of the memory device, so far the seat and external mirrors will not reach the programmed position.

Unlock the car remote radio control and within the next 10 min. open the driver's door.

If after unlocking of the car remote radio control the door of the driver remains closed within 10 min., then the provision of a seat should be reproduced keys of the memory device.

ATTENTION In emergency process of reproduction can be interrupted with pressing of the STOP key or pressing of any key of the memory device.

For reproduction of the entered provisions a radio key it is necessary to program a radio key on a key of the memory device.

The corresponding key of the memory device to which there has to correspond this key, reproduce the programmed provisions.

Press and hold this key and during 10 with in addition press the button of unlocking of a radio key.

Later about 2 with release a key.

Press and hold the MEMO key and during 10 with in addition press the button of unlocking of a radio key.

Later about 2 with release the MEMO key.

When reprogramming there is an automatic dumping of the previous data.

It is recommended to program that the key 1 corresponded to one, and a key 2 – to other factory radio key. Through the contractual partner of Audi if necessary it is possible to get two more others of a radio key and to program on keys 3 and 4.
