Is included in the package of keys of the car: two radio keys, one emergency key, a plastic plate with number of a code.

Radio key it is possible to lock and unlock centrally the car, and also to start the engine. For extraction/folding of a key press the button of unlocking (fig. 1.8).

Use an emergency key only temporarily in case of loss of a radio key or impossibility of its use.

Twirls can be made only on the basis of number of a code. Number of a code is on a plastic plate.

You store a plate in the reliable place.

For the purpose of an exception of unauthorized production of a twirl never leave a plate in the car.

At sale of the car give it to the new owner.

In case of loss of a key urgently to address on the Audi enterprise for the purpose of implementation of blocking of function of this key. For this purpose it is necessary to show all keys and a suspension bracket on the Audi enterprise.

It is necessary to notify your insurance company on loss of a key or suspension bracket.

ATTENTION Leaving even for a while the car, every time take out the ignition key from the lock, especially, if in the car there were children. Children can start the engine or turn on electric equipment devices (for example, power windows) that can lead to accident. Take a key from the lock only after a full stop, differently perhaps inadvertent zashchelkivaniye of a wheel on the lock.

The control lamp of a radio key shows a condition of a battery of a key.

By pressing one of keys the control lamp (fig. 1.9) blinks. If the control lamp does not burn or does not blink, the battery means became useless and is subject to replacement.

For replacement of a battery it is necessary to separate accurately a coin a component of a key And from a cover In (fig. 1.10).

Uncover in the direction specified by an arrow.

Take the used battery from a cover.

Establish a new battery so that marking "+" was below. The correct polarity is specified also on a cover.

Insert a cover with the established battery into a component of a key and to connect both parts compression.

NOTE The battery has to meet the specification of original batteries.

Electronic anticreeping blocking interferes with unauthorized operation of the car.

In the handle of a key the chip by means of which anticreeping blocking is automatically turned off at installation of a key in the ignition lock is built in. At extraction of a key from the ignition lock after a car stop anticreeping blocking is included into the sentry mode automatically.

When using of the stereotyped ignition key on the place of indications of the counter of the passable way indication of "SAFE" appears.

NOTE The engine of the car can be started only according to the coded original key of Audi. Under certain circumstances the engine will not manage to be started if in a bunch of keys there is an ignition key of other car.
