4.4.1. Removal and installation of a twisted spring

Remove a wheel.

Establish a spring coupler with the adapter and the holder of a spring of A4, a back suspension bracket in a screw spring; if necessary separately enter the holder of a spring into rounds and then to screw together with a coupler of a spring (fig. 4.105). At the same time do not damage the trapezoid lever.

It is necessary to squeeze 4 rounds.

If it is impossible, squeeze only 3 rounds and then turn a screw spring so that the fourth round contracted.

ATTENTION Provide appropriate landing of a twisted spring in the holder A4, a back suspension bracket (danger of accident).

Squeeze a spring coupler against the stop and take a spring.

Arrow B: factory marking has to be below.

NOTE At installation of a new spring you watch that the conic end looked down.

From below laying 1 there is a cylindrical ledge.

It needs to be inserted into an opening of the trapezoid lever 2 (fig. 4.106).

Turn the end of a screw spring so that it was at an emphasis of a support of a spring (arrow A).

Then on the top part of a spring establish the top laying (in fig. it is not shown).

Move apart captures of device for compression of springs. At the same time correctly establish the top support of a spring in a body opening.

Establish and tighten a wheel
